As a local family run business, we know that trust goes a long way. Not only that, but we are proud of what we do and the amount of effort that we put into it.

In fact, we're so confident in what we do that we cover all workmanship for a whopping 10 years!

Now you know that we truly stand by what we do.

Warranty coverage

This guarantee states that roof4less' workmanship be free from defect for 10 years.

When does the guarantee start?

Once we are fully satisfied that the job is complete, we will issue a receipt.

This receipt will outline the start date of your workmanship guarantee.

Please retain this receipt as it will be needed if you ever have to make a claim.

Are the materials covered?

The materials we use are covered by their own manufacturers guarantee and can themselves have up to a 10 year manufacturers guarantee/warranty.

If the materials fail, please still contact us and we will do our best to claim with the manufacturer, if it's still under warranty.

I'm moving, does the guarantee end?

No, it does not.

We believe in the work and, just because you have had to move, the guarantee doesn't end.

All we ask is that, with the new owners permission, you notify us of the their details, along with the date that you moved out.

What do I need to do to make a claim?

If something has unfortunately gone wrong with our work, first, let me apologise for the issue. We kindly ask that you email us with details of the issue, some images (if possible) and a copy of your receipt.

We will let you know that we have received your email and, once we have investigated, will follow up with details on how we're going to make it right.

Guarantee subject status

The provision of this guarantee is subject to the following terms:

We have been fully paid for the work
It does not cover any damage to a person or property arising from the works completed
It will be rendered null and void if any modifications or changes have been made to the work

Exclusions

The following causes/reasons are not covered by this guarantee:

Damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse or failure to maintain the work
Damage caused by conditions beyond control. This includes, but is not limited to: floods, lightning, war, civil unrest or government regulation
Any changes or modifications to the work that were not performed by roofs4less
Damage caused due to racks, crazing, mould, mildew or other fungi
Failure of the site to be properly prepared prior to the work commencing. This includes, but is not limited to: subsidence, inadequate support for the roof (the supporting bricks, blocks, etc.) or wall failures
This guarantee does not cover the costs associated with the removal and/or reinstallation of the work
